- Am engaging in an attempt to link two computers via modem utilizing a
- networking software package (Lantastic Z) without much success. I
- suspect that one or both modems are not able to operate in a full
- duplex mode with symmetrical data transmission. Although I understand
- the concept of full duplex, I'm not sure I understand what AT settings
- will establish this mode of operation and what flow control settings
- are compatible. Can anyone provide an explanation of how I can tell if
- a Hayes compatible modem is capable of operating in this fashion and
- what &Q, &C, &D, settings would enable it?
